Our Doctors

After graduating with a B.A. in Biology from Rutgers University in 1994, Dr. Martha Nguyen-Keelan completed a doctorate at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1998. She spent her early life in Piscataway and after graduating, she began her career working in northern New Jersey. Following her marriage to Dr. Patrick Keelan in 2001, she relocated to the Jersey Shore where she worked for Pearle Vision for several years. In 2009, Keelan Eye Care opened in Brick and in 2022 the Keelan’s decided to move the practice to Point Pleasant Boro which is a little closer to their home in Point Pleasant Beach.

After graduating with a B.S. in Biology from Cook College at Rutgers University in 1988, Dr. Patrick Keelan completed a doctorate at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1994. He was raised in Mantoloking where he spent most of his time with his family and friends at the beach. Dr. Patrick Keelan provided eye care in the Jersey Shore area from 1994-2009 prior to opening his family practice.
